Does Shared Web Hosting include Email Hosting as well?

Generally, if you sign up for a web hosting package, email service will be included.


Will you transfer my existing websites from my old Web Host?

Yes, we'll transfer cPanel to cPanel accounts for free within the first 30 days. If you require transfers outside of this window, we can do it for a fee, or provide you with resources on how to do this yourself.


Do you provide SSH access?

We can provide Jail SSH access temporarily.If you want to use Full SSH access you must buy VPS Hosting Plan.We can install Centos Web Panel for free and you will have full VPS Server access.

What is VPS hosting?

A VPS is an emulation of a computer, also known as a virtual private server, that lives within a parent server and shares resources with other virtual servers. This parent server splits up portions of itself for other virtual servers through software called a hypervisor.

Are all VPS hosting plans managed?

Yes, by default all of our servers come managed! Our servers are configured with a Fully Managed image using your choice of cPanel/WHM or Plesk control panel.
